Lost of people like to add suggested links above the videos like YouTube. On YouTube, you can add suggested links at any time that you like and it isn’t possible in WordPress on default. Well, we decided to create a plugin called suggested links for videos, and in this post, we’ll talk about this plugin so stay with us.

Install plugin
Well, for showing the suggested links above the videos you must install the suggested links for videos plugin on our WordPress website first.
Login to your admin dashboard panel then open the plugins menu and click add plugin.
Type the “Suggested links for videos” in the search box.
After typing the plugin name found the author called Clazist.
Click on the Install Now button and install the Suggested links for videos on your WordPress website then activate the plugin.
Now you can add suggested links to your videos media. For doing this you need to open your media page in your admin dashboard.
Adding new suggested link
Now you can add suggested links to your videos media. For doing this you need to open your media page in your admin dashboard.
Upload a new video or open an existing video on your WordPress media.
Click on the Add suggested link button to create a new suggested link for this media.
We have three boxes here and we want to talk about them one by one.
Suggested link title
This box is for your suggested link title. And anything that you write here will showing for users.
For example, we write a Clazist for the title.
Suggested link URL address
This box is for the suggested link URL address and if you write anything here when the suggested link will show and the user clicks on the suggested link the browser address will be changed.
Suggested link time
And the last box is your suggested link time. This box determines that when the suggested link is to be shown.
Output
The output for the admin panel is like this:
Here we determined “Clazist” for the title.
https://clazist.com for the URL.
And 00:00:10 for the suggested link time.
Now we want to compose a new post and insert this video into the post.
So click on the Posts menu and click on the Add new button.
On your post content insert the video then publish your post.
Now if we open the post we have an icon above the video like this.
If we wait for the time that we determined on the WordPress dashboard a box will be shown.
When the users click on Clazist the browser URL address will be changed and redirect to that link you determined on the WordPress dashboard.
